香菇多糖、白细胞介素-2治疗恶性胸腔积液临床观察

Clinical Observation of Intrapleural Injection of Lentinan or IL-2 in Treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion

目的观察香菇多糖(LNT)白细胞介素-2(IL-2)治疗恶性胸水的疗效、不良反应。方法42例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为两组,A组腔内注射LNT,B组腔内注射IL-2,近期疗效进行比较。结果A组有效率(CR+PR)66.67%,B组有效率(CR+PR)71.42%(P>0.05)。结论生物免疫制剂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效较高,不良反应较轻,可明显改善患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effectiveness and adverse reactions in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion by injection to cavity with lentinan or IL - 2. Methods Fourty -two patients with malignant pteural effusion were randomly divided into two groups. One group received injection of lentinan（ group A） , and the other group received injection of IL -2（ group B）. The therapeutic efficacy and the adverse reactions were compared between the twe groups. Results Total effective rate of group A was 66.67% , and that of group B was 71.42%. Conclusion Both lentinan and IL - 2 have good efficacy for malignant pleural effusion with mild side reactions. Life quality of patients could be improved.
