摘要
为改善球团矿的冶金性能，用磁化水对包钢全无氟精矿造球，在包钢162m2带式焙烧机上进行了球团投宠焙烧试验。试验结果表明，在最佳试验条件下，与普通水造球相比，球团矿抗压强度及还原度分别提高45．6％和28．5％，还原体积膨胀率降低21．6％。
Having used magnetized water to balling 100% Baotou fluoride--free iron ore concentrates, roasting test of charging of cage--contained pellets was conducted on 162~2 chain --track roasting machine of Baotou I&S Co. Test results show that under optimum testing conditions the compression strengh and reduction degree of pellets increased by 45. 6% and 28.5%reslectively, the reduction swelling rate decreased by 21.6% compared to pellets balled with commom water.
