08AlPL热轧板的研制

Study on 08AlPL Hot Rolled Plate

介绍了０８ＡｌＰＬ热轧板轧制的工艺与性能。试验证明，０８ＡｌＰＬ热轧板是抗拉强度≥３９０ＭＰａ的、具有优良成形性的汽车用钢，在２３３Ｋ（－４０℃）条件下应用，不会因含磷而引起脆断，而且耐疲劳性能良好。

This article introduces the rolling process and property of 08AlPL hot rolled plate.The experiment showed that the tensile strength of the plate is more than 390MPa,and it is satisfied for automobile production for its good formability.The application under 233K(-40℃) can not brittle for phosphoretic containing,and the property of fatigueresistance is good.
