An Investigation into Hainan College Students' Mental Health

本研究采用SCL-90量表测查海南省各高校大学生心理健康状况。结果表明海南省大学生整体的心理健康水平高于全国大学生的常模水平。海南省本岛籍贯大学生与内地籍贯大学生心理健康水平没有显著性差异。男女生之间整体差异不显著,女生与男生相比在抑郁、焦虑、强迫症状、躯体化、精神病性5个因子方面存在显著性差异。建议教育部门有针对性地对女大学生开展心理健康教育工作。

In this study, SCL - 90 Scale was used to test the mental health of college students in Hainan Province. The results show that the overall mental health level of colleges students of Hainan Province is higher than the national norm level. There were no remarkable differences in mental health between the indigenous students of Hainan Province and the students from other parts of the Chinese mainland. There were no remarkable differences between males and females, but the remarkable differences between females and males in the five factors of depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, somatization, psychotic were remarkable. It suggests that the educational departments should focus on female college students in carrying out mental health education.
