Cold and Alkali Resistances of Atriplex canescens from Different Provenances

摘要 对科罗拉多州、怀俄明州、尤他州和加利福尼亚州4个不同种源的四翅滨藜(Atriplex canescens)进行了耐碱性、耐寒性试验以及优势种源的选择。试验采用随机区组设计,观察研究耐寒指标及不同pH土壤处理对其地上部分生长、地上部分生物量积累、叶片丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明:怀俄明州种源的枯梢长度小于其他种源;生长指标调查显示,怀俄明州种源在pH值9.5的土壤上表现较强的耐碱性;怀俄明州种源丙二醛的质量摩尔浓度(0.44μmol/g)较低,而可溶性糖质量分数(0.84%)较高。 An experiment was conducted to study the cold and alkali resistances of Atriplex canescen from Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and California provenances, and superior provenance was selected in terms of cold resistance indexes. Effects of soil treatments with different pH values on aboveground growth, above-ground biomass, and contents of malonaldehyde (MDA) and soluble sugar were discussed by randomized block design. Result showed that the whithered tips of A. canescen from Wyoming provenance were shorter than those of other provenances. And also the alkali resistance ofA. canescen from Wyoming provenance grown on the soils having a pH of 9.5 was better according to its growth indexes. Moreover, compared with other provenances, A. canescen from Wyoming provenance had lower contents of MDA (0.44 μmol/g) and higher contents of soluble sugar (0.84 percent).
