摘要 采用LI-6400型便携式光合测定系统对鹅掌柴(Schefflera octophylla(Lour.)Harms)叶片秋季光合特性进行了研究。结果表明:鹅掌柴净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,最高峰出现在11:00左右,次峰出现在15:00,存在光合"午休"现象。鹅掌柴日最大净光合速率为3.915μmol·m-2·s-1,光补偿点为10.773μmol.m-2.s-1,光饱和点为338.618μmol·m-2·s-1。其光饱和点和光补偿点均较低,表明它是一种较耐荫的植物。 An experiment was conducted to study the photosynthetic characteristics of Schefflera octophylla ( Lour. ) Harms leaves in autumn by the LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system. Results showed that the diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate of S. octophylla could be expressed as a double-peak curve, and its first peak occurred at 11:00 AM and the second one at 15:00 PM, exhibiting a clear midday depression. The maximum values of photosynthetic rate, light compensation point, and light saturation point were 3. 915, 10. 773 and 338. 618 μmol · m^ -2 . s^-1, respectively. The light compensation point and the light saturation point were both very tow, which indicates that S. octophylla is a shade tolerant plant.
