摘要
以马鹿为试验对象,采用上浮法诱导马鹿精子体外获能,以γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)诱导顶体反应,旨在摸索出GABA诱发马鹿精子顶体反应的最适宜体系。研究结果表明:0.05~2.50mmol/L的GABA可提高获能马鹿精子的顶体反应率,并以0.50mmol/LGABA处理组的顶体反应率最高(P<0.01),达到(77.94±6.53)%;0.50mmol/LGABA诱导获能马鹿精子顶体反应,在1~30min内各处理时间的顶体反应率均达到70%以上,并以处理10min的顶体反应率最高(77.52±2.96)%;GABA能促进获能马鹿精子的顶体反应,但不能显著(P>0.05)促进未获能马鹿精子的顶体反应。
Wapiti ( Cervus elaphus) sperms were capacitated in vitro by the method of swimming-up, and acrosome reaction was induced by γ-aminobutyricacid (GABA) in order to choose an optimal GABA system during acrosome reaction. Results showed that GABA in the concentration range of 0.05 - 2.50 mmol/L could enhance the ratio of acrosome reaction in the capacitated sperms, and 0.50 mmol/L GABA exhibited the highest ratio of acrosome reaction (77.94 percent ± 6.53 percent, P 〈 0. 01 ). The wapiti sperms, incubated within 1 - 30 minutes by GABA at 0.50 mmol/L, obtained a higher ratio of acrosome reaction (over 70 percent), and those incubated 10 minutes showed the highest ratio (77.52 percent ± 2.96 percent). Acrosome reaction of the capacitated sperms could be induced by GABA in wapiti, but those of the uncapacitated sperms couldn' t.
