摘要 针对汽车驱动力控制系统研制了硬件在环试验台,该试验台硬件部分包括制动系统、dSPACE实时仿真系统、传感器和TCS控制器;软件部分包括车辆动力学模型、dSPACE实现软件RTI和试验软件ControlDesk、控制器控制算法。进行了低附着均一路面和附着系数分离路面两种工况的硬件在环试验。结果表明,硬件在环试验可以快速验证控制器控制逻辑,缩短产品开发时间和减少道路试验。 Hardware-in-the-loop test bed for automotive driving force control system is developed. Hardware of the test bed consists of braking system,dSPACE real time simulation system,sensor and TCS control.Whereas software consists of vehicle dynamic simulation models,DSPACE real time simulation software RTI and test software ControlDesk,controller control algorithm.Hardware in-the-loop test were carried out on two roads,one with even adhesion coefficiem,and the other with separate adhesion coefficient.The test results indicated that hardware-in-the-loop can rapidly validate control algorithm of controller, shorten product development time and reduce road test.
