摘要 描述了基于气液增力缸三行程的汽车转向节轴承压力装配过程,探讨了一种利用窗口监控技术对装配过程进行全程实时监控的方法,并介绍了转向节轴承装配质量实时监控系统的硬件结构和软件功能。工程实际应用表明,该实时监控系统人机界面友好、操作简单,具有良好的适用性,可有效提高汽车转向节轴承的装配质量。 This paper introduces the assembling process of steering knuckle of vehicle using three-stroke pneumatic-hydraulic boosting pump, and a window monitoring technique is described, and a real-time system, which is based on the window monitoring method and used for the quality control of the press fitting process for assembling steering knuckle bearing, is introduced. The application results show that the monitoring system has friendly man-machine interface and good adaptability, is easy to operate, and can effectively improve the assembling quality of vehicle steering knuckle bearing.
