介绍了双组分复合纤维干燥装置结构,对预结晶塔、干燥塔、辅助加热器和循环供应干热空气装置进行了详细的介绍。使用该干燥装置干燥后,切片的含水率≤3×10-5,切片粉末含量≤5×10-5,干切片黏度降≤0.003dL/g。

The structure of chip drying system for bicomponent composite fiber production is introduced. The precrystallizer, dryer, auxiliary heater and dry-heat air reeycle device are described in detail. After drying, the moisture content of chip is ≤3×10^-5, powder content is≤5×10^-5, viscosity drop of chip is ≤0.003 dL/g.
