摘要
分析了环境对波纹管自调节式J-T制冷器维持流量的影响途径,并提出了三种优化途径,即通过优化波纹管有效面积与刚度比,或改变调节器工作点温度,或改变调节器充气种类来按需优化环境变化对波纹管自调节式J-T制冷器维持流量的影响。
Impact of component part and operating condition on flow rate of J - T self- regulated bellows cooler are discussed in the paper. Three ways, which include optimization of rigidity and effective area of bellows, optimization of operation temperature of regulator and alteration of working gas filled in the regulator, are proposed for maintaining self- regulated J -T cryocooler working stable.
