针织面料调湿放置时间探讨

A research on the conditioning rest time testing of the knitted fabrics

根据GB6529—86,测试不同放置时间针织面料的幅宽和平方米克质量,其递变率不超过0.25%时,即为该检测面料的调湿放置时间。探讨了18个不同品种的针织面料幅宽及平方米克质量达到稳定所需的调湿放置时间,归纳结果得知:纯棉非弹力针织布、涤棉非弹力针织布、涤纶非弹力针织布为4h;涤棉弹力针织布、涤纶弹力针织布为6h;纯棉弹力针织布为12h。

According to the standard GB 6529—86,the conditioning rest time of the fabric should be tested when the change rate of the width and the weight per unit square meter is no more than 0.25%. This paper analyzes the conditioning rest time of different knitted fabrics,i.e.,4 hours for the pure cotton non-elastic fabric,polyester/cotton non-elastic fabric and polyester non-elastic fabric; 6 hours for polyester/cotton elastic fabric and polyester elastic fabric; and 12 hours the pure cotton elastic fabric.
