摘要 分析了目前电动汽车充电站发展的现状及存在的问题,提出了电动汽车流动供电站设计方案。该方案中的流动供电站直接从供电电网取电为电动汽车或油电双模汽车的驱动电机供电,并在电动汽车行驶过程中对蓄电池进行补充充电。电源管理系统是流动供电站设计的核心,包括用户识别、计量结算、充电管理、用户报警等信息的管理,是实现流动供电站的无人值守、自动供电的关键。阐述了电动汽车流动供电站的硬件和软件系统的设计,包括基于IC卡和单片机技术设计电源管理系统的数据采集、传输和处理等模块的电路,以及为实现该系统功能而开发的软件系统及主要程序。 The current development and situation of electric vehicle battery charging station are introduced and analyzed, and a design scheme of mobile power station for electric vehicles is presented. The mobile power station for electric vehicles in this scheme can directly get electricity to drive the electromotor from the electricity supply grid for electric vehicles or oil dual-mode electric drive motor-powered vehicles, and it can also charge the battery of electric vehicles in the driving process of vehicles. Power management system that includes the managements of the information of identifying the custom, energy metering, self-management of pricing,settling accounts and warning to custom is core design of mobile power station for electric vehicles, which is key to realize the function of the mobile power station that can automatically provides electricity without manpower. The design of hardware and software for the system is expatiated in this paper, which includes circuit design of the modules of data collecting, transmitting and processing based on IC cards and single-chip technology, the software system and the main programs to realize the functions of the system.
