摘要
固体氧化物燃料电池的密封技术是限制其发展的关键技术之一,密封技术主要包括玻璃陶瓷密封和压缩密封技术。相对于玻璃陶瓷密封技术,压缩密封的主要优点是对密封材料的热膨胀匹配性要求不高,不与其它电池元件直接粘接,所以不破坏电池元件。详细描述了固体氧化物燃料电池的压缩密封技术,从金属压缩密封,云母压缩密封,陶瓷纤维压缩密封以及氧化铝密封等几个方面对固体氧化物燃料电池的压缩密封技术的研究现状进行了阐述,并对SOFC密封技术的发展进行了展望。
Sealing technique is one of significant challenge for the development of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). Sealing technique includes glass and glass ceramic sealing and compressive sealing, Compared to glass and glass ceramic seal, compressive seals possess a major advantage that the seals are not rigidly fixed to the other SOFC components, so an exact match of thermal expansion is not required. The review discusses the development of compressive seals such as metal compressive seals, mica compressive seals, ceramic fiber compressive seals and Al2O3-based compressive seals. It suggests that the performance of low temperature SOFC cathode will be enhanced by improving the micro structure of cathode.
