摘要 对美国能源部的高性能光伏项目作了简要介绍,对该项目的分包商Spectrolab公司、加利福尼亚技术研究所、俄亥俄州、特拉华大学、JX Crystal公司、SunPower公司关于Ⅲ-Ⅴ族多结聚光太阳电池研究的最新进展,以及Amonix公司和Concentrating Technologies、LLC对于聚光器组件的研究进展做了报道。对Emcore公司三结地面聚光电池的设计和Emcore未来聚光电池的发展作了阐述。 U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) initiated the High-Performance Photovoltaic (HiPerf PV) Project is introduced in this paper. The research development of Ⅲ-Ⅴ multijunction concentrating solar cell in Spectrolab, California Institute of Technology, Ohio State, University of Delaware, JX Crystals, and SunPower Corporation as the subcontractors is reported. The research progress of concentrator components in Amonix and Concentrating Technologies,LLC is introduced. The design of three-junction ground concentrating solar cell in Emcore and the future development of concentrating solar cell of Emcore is presented.
