扬子石油化工股份有限公司70 kt/a硫回收装置的风机在运行过程中产生的噪音长期超标,影响职工的身心健康。对现场风机噪音的产生机理、分布状况进行分析,通过增设有隔音、吸声效果的隔音室,使现场噪音值由改造前的98 db下降至85 db以下,达到了工业指标要求。
The noise level of the air blower in a 700,000 TPY sulfur recovery unit in SINOPEC Yangtze Petrochemical Co., Ltd has long exceeded the standard specifications, which affected people's health. Through the analysis of noise generation mechanisms and noise distribution of air blower, a sound isolation chamber with sound insulation and sound absorption functions was installed, which reduced the noise level to lower than 85 db from 98 db, meeting the industry standard.
