摘要 为提升南充炼油化工总厂减压塔处理能力及侧线产品质量,对该系统进行了工艺核算及优化,将液体分布器由管式改为槽式、集油箱由升气孔式改为V型环槽式、拆除洗涤段缩径并置以250Y型规整填料,在不改变塔体主体结构的前提下,大幅降低了全塔压力降,减三线和减四线产品质量改善,收率分别提高1.97和1.83个百分点,每年可创效益达1500×10^4RMB¥。 To raise the capacity and upgrade product quality of vacuum tower of Nachong Refining & Chemical Plant, by process calculation and optimization, the liquid pipe distributor was replaced with trough distributor, the V-trough ring oil collector was designed instead of riser collector, reducing section was removed and 250Y structured packings were installed. All these have greatly reduced the pressure drop of the tower and improved the product qualities of 3 rd and 4 th vacuum sidedraws. The product yields are increased by 1.97% and 1.83% respectively and annual economic benefits is 15.0 million Yuan (RMB).
