摘要
从加氢反应器积垢组成分析出发,研究了床层结垢、压力降升高的原因。从机理出发研制了分别以降压和阻焦为主要功能的阻垢剂,并将该剂在中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司重整预加氢装置上进行了工业试验。10 mL固定床反应器上的实验结果表明,该阻垢剂具有显著的降压和阻焦功能。当加剂量为100~130μg/g时,压力降降低幅度达100 kPa左右,是起始压力降的27%~35%,降压效果显著;当加剂量为30μg/g左右时,可维持床层压力降不升高,且该剂的加注对预加氢催化剂和产品质量不会造成影响。
On the basis of fouling composition analysis of hydrotreating reactor, the causes of reactor fouling and increased pressure drop were studied. The fouling inhibitor with pressure drop reduction and anti-coking functions were successfully developed and applied in the hydrotreating reactor of CCR unit in SINOPEC Jinan Petrochemical Company. The experiment results from a 10 mL fixed-bed reactor showed that the inhibitor had good pressure drop reduction and anti-coking performances. When it was added at a dosage of 100 - 130 ppm, the pressure drop was reduced by about 100 kPa, which is 27% -35% of initial pressure drop. When the dosage was about 30 ppm, the bed pressure drop could be controlled from rising. The addition of the inhibitor has no impact on the hydrotreating catalyst and product quality.
