摘要
分析了水电解制氢、氧的电能消耗与电解槽的极间电压之间的正比关系。在电解过程中加入添加剂和采取低电流密度运行,可大幅度降低电能消耗。试验及实际生产应用表明,这是投资小而节能效益显著的有效途径。
The direct ratio relationship between electric power consumption and anodecathode pressure of electrolytic cells during making hydrogen and oxygen by water electrolysis was analysed.During water electrolysis,electric power consumption could be reduced considerably by adding additives and moving at low current density.Tests and practical application indicated that this was the effective way to conserve energy remarkably with little investment.
