摘要
针对工业废水中干扰离子多、需要用有机溶剂萃取等问题,将反相流动注射分析技术应用于铜催化的Fe3+氧化S2O32-专属反应中,克服了传统分析方法操作繁琐、分析速度慢以及手工操作的不确定性导致精密度不理想的缺陷,建立了具有优良选择性的测定废水中铜的快速分析方法。在优化实验条件下,其检出限为0.008mg/L,线性范围为0~0.5mg/L。应用于工业废水样中铜的测定,其相对标准偏差<1.5%,加标回收率为97.1%~98.3%。
To solve the problems of interferential ions in industrial wastewater and the necessity of organic solvent extraction, the reversed phase injection analytical technique is applied to the specific reaction of coppercatalyzed Fe^3+ oxidation S2O3^2-, overcoming the deficiencies, such as complicated operation of the traditional analysis, slow analytical speed, and the inaccuracy caused by manual operation. Under optimized conditions, the detection limit is 0.008 mg/L, linear range is 0 to 0.5 mg/L. The relative standard deviation is〈1.5%, and the indexed recovery rate is 97.1%-98.3%.
