摘要 A2/O系统中,温度的升高可以促进聚磷菌代谢速率,从而促进PHB的合成,但温度对PHB合成的影响是有限制的。厌氧池中PHB含量与系统中F/M呈显著的正相关性。厌氧池中PHB的合成量随厌氧释磷量的增加而增加。OUR可表征A2/O系统对有机物的去除效率,硝化OUR可表征硝化功能的变化,常规OUR值介于7.1~13.3mg/(g.h),硝化OUR值介于0.88~2.95mg/(g.h)。温度对提高活性污泥的OUR有明显作用。硝化OUR的高效区是温度介于25~33℃,NO3--N质量浓度介于9.2~11.0mg/L。提高F/M对OUR有促进作用。 In A^2/O system, the effect of temperature on the PHB is limited. The increase of temperature can promote the PAO metabolism rate, thus contributing to the PHB synthesis. Both PHB content and system F/M are notably and positively related. The synthesis quantity of PHB increases with the quantity of anaerobic phosphorus releasing. The organism removal efficiency of A^2/O system can be characterized by OUR, and the nitrification function changes of OUR can be characterized by nitrification OUR. The conventional OUR value is between 7.1 mg/(g ·h) and 13.3 mg/(g·h), nitrification OUR values is between 0.88 mg/(g·h) and 2.95 mg/(g·h). Temperature has obvious effect on the raise of OUR of active sludge. The efficient temperature range of nitrification OUR is between 25-33 ℃, and NO3^--N concentration is between 9.2-11.0 mg/L. Improving the F/M acts on the promotion of OUR.
