摘要
介绍了采用"还原—中和+蒸发浓缩"工艺处理沉钒废水的工程应用,工程运行实践表明,该工艺具有自动化程度高、运行稳定、处理效果好等优点,处理后的废水pH8~9、SS30~50mg/L、COD80~100mg/L、NH4+500~1500mg/L、Cr6+0.01~0.05mg/L、Na+100~1000mg/L,达到车间回用水水质要求,全部返回车间循环使用,实现了废水零排放。该工艺彻底解决了沉钒废水超标排放的问题,为企业带来了可观的经济效益和社会效益。
The engineering application of the process mainly consisting of deoxidation-neutralization+evaporation concentration to the treatment of wastewater with sedimentated vanadium is introduced. It is indicated by the practical operation that the process has many advantages, such as high automation, stable running, and good treating efficiency. The treated wastewater(pH 8-9,SS 30-50 mg/L,COD 80-100 mg/L,NH4^+ 500-1 500 mg/L, Cr^6+ 0.01-0.05 mg/L,Na^+ 100-1 000 rag/L) can meet the water quality requirement for workshop recycle and realizes zero discharge of wastewater, since it can be reused completely and circulated in workshop. The process has thoroughly solved the excessive discharge problem of sending out sedimentated vanadium wastewater, and gained remarkable economical and environmental benefits for the company.
