摘要
通过计算出钢管与驱动螺杆螺旋线齿面触点位置完满地解决了生产中出现的质量问题。文中所用的方法和技巧,建立螺旋线齿面包络线方程及以迭代法求解非线性方程组,对类似的机械设备设计具有一定的借鉴作用。
As an application,this paper figures out the touch location of the contact point between the steel tube and the driving screw,and answers the quality problem emerging from the production delicately.The approach and technique represented in the paper of building the tangent curve equation of the teeth of the driving screw and solving the non-linear equations by iteration method may be with some tinge of reference to the similar mechanical equipment design.
