摘要
从动力学角度,采用离散单元法研究炉料颗粒的受力和运动,建立高炉无钟炉顶布料数值计算模型,模拟无钟炉顶布料过程和料面形状。模拟与实测对比表明,两者基本吻合,证明离散单元法在高炉无钟布料应用中可行,并为高炉无钟炉顶布料的机理研究开辟了一条新的途径。
In this paper,the distinct element method is adopted to study the force and the motion of granular burden from a kinematic view pointThe numerical model of bellless top charging is establishedThe charging process and burden surface profile have been imitatedThe comparison made between simulation results and measured results,where the two results basically coincide with each otherIt proves that the application of the distinct element method to blast furnace bellless top charging is feasible which has also provided a new approach in theoretical study of bellless top charging
