摘要
实验系统研究了对高温金属面进行喷雾冷却时水质和传热面表面粗糙度对沸腾换热特性的影响。在不同水质条件下表面粗糙度对沸腾换热特性无明显影响,而水质对沸腾换热特性有十分显著的影响。使用含杂质较多的冷却水可以大幅度提高膜沸腾区域的换热能力。
Experimental study has been performed on the mist cooling of hot surface to investigate the effect of hot cleanliness of cooling water and roughness of hot surface on heat transfer characteristicsThe results denote that the roughness has almost no effect on boiling heat transfer but the cleanliness have strong effect on boiling heat transfer at high temperature and heat transfer can be greatly enhanced with impure cooling water
