摘要
介绍了一种数字存储示波卡的工作原理及其软硬件设计,并着重对硬件电路中的时钟电路、连续分频电路、触发电路、采样方式电路等进行了分析.
The basic principle,technique and application of high speed data acquisition system and traditional oscilloscope are described in this article. A digital oscilloscope card system is studied and designed ,and its hardware is made. Programs including hardware drive program, data processing program and signal power spectrum analysis program, which are needed for system software,are also programmed and accomplished.
