初轧过程中钢锭尾部变形的实验研究

摘要 以包钢Φ1150初轧机轧制B8.4t沸腾钢锭生产300mm×300mm方坯为模拟对象,进行了实验研究.比较了不同尾部形状的B8.4t钢锭及轧制规程对切尾的影响,观察了钢锭尾部金属的流动规律.在剪切规程不改变的条件下,实验结果应用于开坯生产,可提高成坯率0.55%. In this paper,experiments research is made to simulate the primary rolling process for 1150mm Φ bloomer of Baotou steel works in rolling B8.4t rimmed ingots into 300mm×300mm billet.The influence of different B8.4t ingots bottom and rolling schedules on back end crops losses was compared.The metal flow law of ingot bottom was analyzed.Under the fixed condition of sheared schedule the experiment result is applied to steel production improving ingot billet yield as much as 0.55%.
