摘要 为了研究日粮中添加纳米硒(Se)和维生素E(VE)对热应激奶牛抗氧化性能的影响,选取24头荷斯坦奶牛,采用随机区组法试验设计,分为3个处理组,分别为:对照组(基础日粮);试验组Ⅰ(基础日粮+0.15mgSe/kg干物质+5000IU/(头.d)VE;试验组Ⅱ(基础日粮+0.3mgSe/kg干物质+10000IU/(头.d)VE。添加纳米硒和维生素E使血浆中硒和维生素E的含量明显增加,血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的酶活性显著(P<0.05)升高,丙二醛(MDA)和活性氧(ROS)水平降低,总抗氧化能力(TAOC)显著(P<0.05)提高。结果表明:纳米硒和VE可以提高热应激奶牛血浆中硒和VE的含量,提高奶牛血清中抗氧化酶活性,从而缓解并改善奶牛因热应激引起的氧化损伤。 The objective of this trial is to research effects of Nano-Se(Se) and vitamin E(VE) on anti-oxidative capacity of dairy cows in heat stress. 24 lactating Holstein cows were used and randomly divided into 3 groups of 8 cows each. Each group was fed one of the following diets: control(a basal diet); Ⅰ group(a basal diet with 0.15 mg Se/kg DM and 5000IU/(eow-d)vitamin E); Ⅱ group(a basal diet with 0.3 mg Se/ kg DM and 10000IU/(cow.d)vitamin E). Supplementation with Nano-Se and Vitamin E increased the concentration of Se and VE in plasma, the activity of glutatbione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in serum was significantly increased(P〈0.05), the level of malondialdehyde(MDA) and reactive oxygen species(ROS) was reduced and total anti-oxidative capacity(TAOC)was significantly increased(P〈0.05). The results indicate that Nano-Se and Vitamin E could increase the concentration of Se and VE in plasma of dairy cows in heat stress and increase the activity of anti-oxidative enzyme in serum, thereby relive and improve oxidative damage in dairy cows caused by heat stress.
