The paper overviews the discussions of the experts forum on “Earthquake Disasters and Human Civilization”cosponsored by the Seismological Society of China,Architectural Society of China and Historical Relics Society of China during the time of “The 3rd National Symposium on Natural Disaster Mitigation”organized by the China Science and Technology Association;outlines some opinions and suggestions of some experts about future work.
