系统性红斑狼疮血清可溶性诱骗受体3高表达的临床相关性初探

摘要
系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）是免疫器官损伤的自身免疫性疾病，普通人群中的发病率为0．05％，且80％。90％为女性，发病机制不明，但SLE包括凋亡缺陷导致的自身反应免疫异常。
