摘要
目的:检测胃癌患者肿瘤组织及外周血MUC1mRNA的表达水平,探讨MUC1mRNA表达的临床意义。方法:利用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)方法检测胃癌组织、正常组织及外周血中MUC1mRNA水平,分析其表达与肿瘤临床病理因素的关系。结果:胃癌患者肿瘤组织及外周血MUC1mRNA表达水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05),肿瘤组织MUC1mRNA的检出率与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移、血行转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05),外周血MUC1mRNA的检出率与肿瘤的淋巴结转移、血行转移及临床分期有相关(P<0.05)。结论:检测胃癌组织及外周血MUC1mRNA的表达有助于早期发现胃癌及其微转移。
Objective: To detect the expression of MUC1 mRNA in gastric cancerous tissues and peripheral blood and to investigate their clinical significances. Methods: The expression levels of MUC1 mRNA in gastric cancerous tissues, normal tissues and peripheral blood samples were determined by real time fluorescent quantitative RTPCR, and correlations between their expressions and clinical pathological characteristics of gastric cancer were analyzed. Results: The expression levels of MUC1 mRNA of gastric cancerous tissues and peripheral blood in gastric cancer patients were significantly higher than those in the normal control (P〈0.05).Their expressions were correlated with lymph node metastasis, hematogenous metastasis and TNM staging of gastric cancer (P〈0.05), and the expression levels in gastric cancerous tissues were also correlated with the differentiation. Conclusion: Detection of MUC1 mRNA in gastric cancerous tissues and peripheral blood samples may be useful in early diagnosis and predicting micrometastasis of gastric cancer.
