腹腔增容技术在小肠移植中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 小肠移植患者因小肠广泛切除致使腹腔容积挛缩变小．移植手术结束后强行关腹将导致腹腔高压．甚至引发腹腔间室综合征，从而导致移植失败。2008年，我们对1例小肠移植患者于移植前先施行腹腔增容术，有效地解决了腹腔容积不足的困难。
