Toll样受体对肠屏障是起保护作用还是损害作用 被引量:3

摘要 在植物、无脊椎动物和脊椎动物中。存在着一类高度保守的受体家族-Toll样受体(toll—likereceptors,TLRs),具有重要的生理和病理作用。TLRs广泛分布在人类各种组织和细胞中,尤其是在呼吸道、泌尿道、肠道和免疫细胞表面。
