摘要
目的:用Micro-CT扫描测量下颌乳中切牙釉质厚度,了解其牙冠不同部位牙釉质的厚度。方法:用Mi-cro-CT扫描41颗下颌乳中切牙,选取牙冠不同部位的扫描横断面,测量其牙釉质厚度。结果:下颌乳中切牙釉质厚度牙冠切端1/3处显示:唇面最厚(0.37±0.04)mm,依次为远中面(0.36±0.04)mm、近中面(0.30±0.04)mm、舌面(0.22±0.03)mm;牙冠颈部1/3处厚度依次为:唇面(0.24±0.04)mm、舌面(0.22±0.03)mm、远中面(0.22±0.04)mm,近中面最薄(0.14±0.04)mm。结论:下颌乳中切牙釉质厚度在牙冠不同部位分布存在不同程度的差异。
Objective:To measure the enamel thickness of the crown in different cross sections of mandibular primary central incisors using micro-CT. Method:The enamel thickness of 41 primary mandibular central incisors were measured by micro-CT. Result:The incisal third of the crown showed:the buccal enamel is seen to be the thickest of all surfaces throughout its length,the distal enamel is slightly thinner than the buccal,then followed in turn the mesial and lingual enamel. For the gingival third of the crown,the buccal enamel was thickest,followed in turn by the lingual, distal, and mesial. Conclusion: The enamel thickness did not follow the same patten on the buccal, lingual, and proximal surfaces, there were significant differences among the thickness of the enamel at different position of the crown in primary mandibular central incisors.
