Comparison between two methods in canine traction during aligning stage

目的:轻弹力牵引和Laceback在排齐阶段对牙列影响的比较研究。方法:40例拔除2个上颌第一前磨牙病例,使用徐氏直丝弓矫治器矫治,随机分成两组,分别使用轻弹力牵引和Laceback牵引尖牙,排齐前后牙列的比较研究。结果:轻弹力牵引组平均疗程3.15个月,明显短于Laceback组的5.01个月(P﹤0.05),说明使用轻弹力牵引疗程更短。轻弹力牵引组尖牙发生冠远中倾斜移动较明显,磨牙少量近中腭向旋转,Laceback组则不明显。结论:轻弹力牵引组疗程明显短于Laceback组,较快地达到排齐牙列的目标。磨牙近中倾斜,并出现少量近中腭向旋转,可采取加强磨牙支抗措施。轻弹力牵引组尖牙主要以冠远中倾斜移动为主,Laceback组主要是尖牙整体远中移动,说明Laceback对尖牙移动的控制较稳定。

Objective：Comparisons between Laceback and light elastic traction during aligning the teeth.Method：40 patients,whose two first upper premolars were extracted,were divided into two groups at random：Group one were treated by light elastic traction.Group two were treated by Laceback.Compare the model and X-ray of before and after aligning.Result：The duration of treatments with light elastic traction group（3.15 months）are obvious shorter than that of Laceback group（5.01 months）（P ＆lt;0.05）,which means that light elastic traction group （3.15 months） are obvious shorter than that of Laceback group （5.01 months） （P 〈0.05）, which means that light elastic traction can shorten the duration of aligning stage. The move- ments and tippings of canines to distal with light elastic traction are evident. The molars are mesial-ligual rotated in the light elastic traction group and not in Laceback group, Conclusion： The duration of treatment with light elastic traction is shorter than that of treatment with Laceback. The molars are mesial-ligual rotated and tipping to mesial. It is necessary to use anchorage control to prevent the molar mesial movement. The canines tip in light elastic traction group, but move whole bodies in Laceback group. It is more stable by Laceback.
