摘要
在半固态AZ91D镁合金浆料表观粘度试验数据拟合的基础上,建立了半固态AZ91D镁合金浆料的表观粘度触变模型,并对AZ91D镁合金浆料在连杆型腔中的充填过程进行了模拟。模拟结果与实际充填结果符合,说明建立的AZ91D镁合金浆料表观粘度触变模型正确可行。模拟优化了连杆压铸件的压铸工艺,合适的压铸工艺参数为:浆料成形温度在590℃以上,内浇道充填速度为2.7m/s,压射比压在40MPa以上。
An apparent viscosity model of the semi-solid AZ91D magnesium alloy was established by fitting the testing data,and filling process of semi-solid AZ91D slurry for the connecting rod was simulated. The simulated result was well in agreement with experimental one,exhibiting the availability of the established model. Processing parameters for die casting semi-solid connecting-rod were optimized by simulation. Appropriate processing parameters are as follows:the forming temperature more than 590℃,filling velocity of the ingate more than 2.7m/s and injecting pressure more than 40MPa.
