乙酰肝素酶和基质金属蛋白酶-9蛋白在皮肤黑素瘤中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨乙酰肝素酶和基质金属蛋白酶-9蛋白在皮肤黑素瘤中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测乙酰肝素酶和基质金属蛋白酶-9蛋白在皮肤黑素瘤30例、交界痣30例及15例正常皮肤组织中的表达。结果皮肤黑素瘤中乙酰肝素酶(63.3%)和基质金属蛋白酶-9蛋白(73.3%)的阳性表达率明显高于交界痣(6.6%)和正常对照组(0)(P均<0.05),交界痣与正常对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乙酰肝素酶和基质金属蛋白酶-9蛋白的高表达可能与皮肤黑素瘤的发生发展有关,有望作为治疗黑素瘤的靶点。 Objective To investigate the expression of heparanase(Hpa) and matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9) protein in cutaneous melanoma (CMM). Methods The expression of Hpa and MMP-9 protein in 30 specimens of CMM, 30 specimens of junctional nevus and 15 specimens of normal skin tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The posi- tive-expression rate of Hpa and MMP-9 protein in CMM was significantly higher than that in junctional nevus and normal skin tis- sues( P all 〈 0, 05 ). However there was no significant difference in positive-expression rate of Hpa and MMP-9 between the latter two groups (junctional nevus and normal skin tissues) (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Elevated expression of Hpa and MMP-9 protein may play a potential role in the pathogenesis of CMM. Therefore, Hpa and MMP-9 protein may have significant therapeutic impli- cations as molecular target.
