疣状肢端角化症1例及家系调查

A Case of Acrokeratosis Verruciformis and Family Investigation

先证者男,64岁。双手及足背角化性丘疹40年,泛发10年。皮肤科情况:双手及足背散在黑褐色米粒至绿豆大角化性丘疹,表面粗糙,质坚,无不适。皮损组织病理示表皮明显角化过度,并致密角化,棘层轻度增生肥厚。诊断:疣状肢端角化症。其家系3代共9人,4人发病,分别为先证者、其母亲、弟弟和侄子。

A 64-year-old man presented with a 40-year-history of hyperkeratotic papules on the dorsum of hands and feet. Physical examinations showed disseminated dark hyperkeratotic papules, like rice or beans, which had rough surface. Histopathological examinations showed hyperkeratosis obviously and mild acanthosis in the epidermis. The diagnosis was made as acrokeratosis verruciformis. Four patients who were proband and his mother, brother and nephew out of total nine members in the family were found to have such a disease after a survey of family members.
