摘要
目的探讨C型臂引导下射频热凝联合三氧治疗颈椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法对我科2006年至2008年颈椎间盘突出症患者20例行射频热凝联合三氧治疗,在病变椎间盘采用前路健侧进针,穿刺到颈椎间隙靶点,用66℃、76℃、86℃、90℃下逐步进行1次热凝,时间各为100 s,而后注射45~55μg/ml三氧3~5 ml,根据Nakia标准对疗效进行观察分析。结果20例患者优14例,良3例,可2例,差1例,总优良率85%(1 7/20例)。结论C型臂引导下射频热凝联合三氧治疗颈椎间盘突出症,操作简便,疗效可靠,费用低廉。
Objective To investigate the C-arm-guided radiofrequeney thermoeoagulation combined with ozone injection for the treatment of cervical disc herniation. Methods From 2006 to 2008 twenty patients with cervical disc herniation were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ozone injection. The target intervertebral space was punctured via contralateral anterior approach, and 66℃, 76℃, 86℃, 90C step by-step coagulation for 100s were applied and then 45 -55 μg/ml ozone 3-5 ml injected successively. The effects were observed according to Nakia criteria. Results Of the 20 cases the excellenl effect was in 14 cases, good in 3 cases,poor in 2 cases and ineffective in 1 case, the total effective rate was 85%(17/20 cases). Conclusion C-arm-guided radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ozone injection is a simple, reliable and low-cost method for the treatment of cervical disc herniation.
