蛋白质组学在肝脏疾病中的应用

摘要 蛋白质组学是系统研究分子体系、亚细胞系、细胞、组织、器官乃至整体水平蛋白质组成及其活动规律的一门学科。蛋白质组学技术为开展肝病研究建立了新的技术平台,并已成功筛选出一些具有潜在应用价值的蛋白标记物,用于肝病诊断和预后判断,同时发现一些新的药物治疗靶点,为肝脏疾病的诊断和治疗带来了新的机遇。本文旨在介绍蛋白质组学的相关研究技术及其在肝脏疾病研究中的应用。 Proteomics is a discipline of science dealing with the systemic study of constituents and activities of protein at molecular, subcellular, cellular, tissue, organ and intact organism levels. Proteomics has provided a new technology platform for the study of liver diseases, and has successfully screened out some potential biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of liver diseases, and also some new targets of therapy have been found. This brings new hope for the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases. This article aimed at introducing new technological methods for the study of proteomics and their application in the studies of liver diseases.
