皮脂腺瘤1例
摘要
临床资料 患者女，63岁。右下腹皮疹40余年。阑尾切除术切口愈合后于瘢痕最上方出现一小指甲盖大小红色斑疹，40年来无明显变化，无自觉症状。1年前红色斑疹逐渐变大，呈黄色斑块状，亦无自觉症状。近半年自觉皮损增长明显，伴有轻微痒感，皮损仍为黄色斑块，无破溃、出血。饮食、睡眠、二便情况良好，体重无明显变化。40多年前行阑尾切除手术，3年前因骶骨炎症置入支架，3个月前摘除支架。3年前有输血史。否认高血压、高血脂及糖尿病病史，否认肝炎及结核病病史，否认肿瘤病史。无内脏肿瘤家族史。
