妊娠期消化系统常用药物的安全性
摘要
妊娠期妇女可出现消化道症状，或同时伴有消化系统疾病。如何通过合理选药尽可能减少药物对妊娠期妇女的影响是摆在临床医师面前的一道难题。由于新药上市前并无针对妊娠期妇女的研究资料，妊娠期妇女任何一种治疗方案都不能认为绝对安全。治疗过程中也应权衡药物对母体和胎儿的影响。本文将对妊娠期消化系统常用药物的安全性进行综述。
