摘要
大学的逻辑大体上可以被看作是大学、大学教育与大学教师之间所固有的联系。张维迎从大学治理的角度阐述了大学逻辑的基本含义,尖锐而深刻地揭示了当前大学改革与发展过程中亟待解决的突出矛盾或深层次问题,提出了以改革学术评价体系、培育大学教师市场、激发大学教师创新精神、提高学术生产力为主要内容的大学人事分配制度改革思路,极力推行本校博士毕业生不得留校、非升即走和终身教职制度、学科末尾淘汰制度等一系列革命性的治理措施,从而在探索和创新具有中国特色的高等教育管理模式方面走出了极其重要的一步。
The logle of university can be regarded as the inherent relations among the university, the university education and the university teachers. It is beneficial to understand the urgent prominent issues of current university reform and development by discussing the logic of university and the relations among the university, the university education and the university teachers from the perspective of university governance. It also has important theory significance regarding the university human affairs distribution system reform which includes the academic appraisal system reform, university teacher market cultivation, the stimulation of university teachers' innovation spirit, the improvement academic productivity.
