摘要
公正、客观的评价教师的教学工作,对于调动教师教学的积极性和创造性具有重要作用。针对目前高校教师教学评价的现状,结合笔者多年从事教师教学评价工作的研究与实践,探索制定一套全面、系统、务实的教师教学评价办法。
It is important that the teaching evaluation of impartial and objective to bring the teacher＇s enthusiasm and creativeness. This paper aimed at the conditiong of teaching evaluation at present in universities, combined with the studying and practicing in my work of myself, explore to lay down a overall, systematic, concrete measure of teacher＇s teaching evaluation.
