摘要
大众化教育高等学校学生英语词汇语义建构能力和词汇产出能力普遍偏低。针对这种现象,简述了汉语背景下英语词汇习得基本特征,指明母语干扰在习得过程中占有主导地位。排除干扰应坚持重深编码法、防分解储存过分泛用、注重语境作用等原则。就此,提出三大策略——强化干扰意识、开发和利用英语语境、勤查权威辞典文献。
Chinese college students with average education are, generally, poor in semantic construction of English vocabulary and bad with English word production. Because of this, the paper gives a general idea of the characters of English vocabulary acquisition in the Chinese circumstances and points out that the interference with students English development, predominantly, comes from mother's tongue. There are principles to follow so that the interference can be eliminated-emphasis on deep code, avoidance ofovergeneralization of word storage through segmentation, much attention to the function of context. In order to supplement them, we must strengthen the idea of the interference from mother's tongue, explore and make full use of contexts and make frequent reference to authority dictionaries.
