The Empirical Research on Relationship between Chinese Services Development and Economic Growth——Based on the Industries Data from 1978 to 2007

摘要文章采用1978-2007年的数据，运用Johanson协整检验、Granger因果关系检验和误差纠正模型，检验了中国服务业及其内部各行业的发展与经济增长之间的关系。研究表明，由于服务业的异质性和复杂性，中国服务业及其内部各行业的发展与经济增长的因果关系是有差异的。文章最后提出了推动中国服务业升级和发展的政策建议。 Based on Johanson co-integration test, Granger causality test and error correction model, this paper undertakes a verification on the relationships between the development of Chinese services and its sub-industries and the economic growth by analyzing the year data from 1978 to 2007. The research indicates that the causal relationship between services development and the economic growth is different from that between the sub-industries of services and the economic growth due to the heterogeneity and complexity of services. Furthermore, some policy suggestions on promoting services upgrading and development are put forward at the end of this paper.
