单位GDP能源消耗与产业结构特征——来自江苏的证据

Unit GDP Energy Consumption and Industrial Structure of Jiangsu

2005-2007年江苏省国民经济的运行状况表明，江苏重化工业仍处于景气繁荣运行阶段，单位GDP能耗有所下降，但依旧维持在2000年至2004年同一单位GDP能耗的平台上，真正的能耗再转折可能要推迟到2008年之后。结合单位GDP能耗的国际证据，江苏省应坚持以技术效率为基础，以经济效率为主导，促进单位GDP能耗持续降低。计量分析表明，能源价格对单位GDP能耗有着显著的调节作用。

Unit GI）P energy consumption combined with international evidence, Jiangsu Province should adhere to economic efficiency-oriented based on the technical efficiency and designed to promote the unit GDP energy consumption continued to reduce. Analysis showed that the price of energy also has significant adjustment role to the unit GDP energy consumption.
