Elaborate Students'Brightness Encourage Students to be Creative

作为一名教师要允许学生有不同想法存在,应该鼓励他们个体的体验。有了个体体验,就有创新的思路,教师还要说明自己的观点,明确对学生的要求,努力让学生的需求与教学内容达成一致。而不能死守让学生适应自己的旧有观念不放。这应当是转化教育观念,推行素质教育的一项重要内容。

A teacher, first, should tolerate that students have their ideas, and must encourage their individual experience. If they have experience, they will think of innovation. Secondly, teachers must be clear to students＇ demand and try their best to agree with the teaching contents and demand. A teacher should not insist on his/her own concept and ask students to adapt it. It should be an important project to transform education idea and promote the quality of education.
