艺术专业院校的教学改革与“订单式”培养模式探讨

近年来全国高校毕业生的就业形势越来越严峻,而新疆专业艺术院校毕业生的就业率一直保持在80%以上的水平。本文就新疆专业艺术院校采取"订单式"的培养模式,进行思考和研究。

These days ,the employment trend of graduates is becoming serious in China.The employment rate of graduates from Xinjiang Arts University still maintains a level of 80%. This article discusses whether Xinjiang Arts University should use the training pattern of ＂Order Form＂ to solve the employer＇s demands as well as the graduate＇s employment concerns.
