摘要
"固然"句可从分布、语义和语用价值三个方面进行分析:(1)分布方面,"固然"多出现在主语后,且其所在分句一定在另一分句前。(2)语义方面,受后续小句语义及其关联词语的有无、类型等的作用或影响,"固然"句有让转与让而"不转"两种关系类。每个类下均有不同小类。但无论哪种关系类,其深层均含转折义。(3)语用价值方面,"固然"句是承让性的议论分句,旨在形式上承认别人的看法,继而用后续分句进行修正性否定。该句式属书面体,语值庄重礼貌。
This essay makes an analysis on ＂Guran＂ （固然） sentence from three aspects： distribution, semantic and pragmatic. By the analysis we find： （1） ＂Guran＂ is placed behind the subjects of sentences in most occasions and the clause it locates must be placed before the other. （2） According to the meaning and the types of the relating word of the subsequent clause, ＂Guran＂ sentences can be divided into two categories： concession-transition and concession-but-no-transition, both of which imply transition although further division can be made. （3）As a concession clause, ＂Guran＂ sentence always begins by admitting other＇s views in the form and then makes modified negation in the subsequent clause and bears solemnity and politeness due to its written style.
